On Site Solutions LLC is a Washington-based field welding and fabrication company. Because our work primarily involves custom labor, on-site services, and made-to-order fabrication, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair for both service engagements and any physical products or materials purchased through us.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have a concern about work performed or a product received, please contact us within the timeframes outlined below.
1. Services (Welding, Fabrication, Installation)
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a completed project does not meet the agreed-upon scope of work or contains a workmanship defect, we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge, provided you notify us within 30 days of project completion.
Cancellations
- Before work begins: You may cancel a scheduled service with full refund of any deposit if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
- After work has begun: Refunds for partially completed work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on labor and materials already expended. We will provide an itemized breakdown upon request.
- Custom fabrication orders: Once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun, deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed and delivered fabrication work that meets the agreed-upon specifications
- Emergency or after-hours service call fees
- Permit and inspection fees paid on your behalf
2. Physical Products & Materials
If On Site Solutions LLC sells physical steel products, materials, or components directly to you:
Return Window
- 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Custom-cut or specially ordered materials are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order:
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt at (425) 472-4276 or michelle@onsitesolutionspnw.com.
- We will arrange for replacement, correction, or a full refund — at no cost to you.
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Return Shipping / Return Method
- For approved returns, you may return items to our Woodinville, WA location or arrange pickup by contacting us directly.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items unless otherwise agreed.
- No restocking fees apply.
3. Refund Processing
- Once a return or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (check, credit card, ACH, etc.).
- You will receive written confirmation when your refund has been issued.

All welding and fabrication work is performed by WABO-Certified welders and carried out in accordance with applicable Washington State building codes. If you believe work was completed incorrectly or does not meet agreed specifications:
- Contact us first — we prefer to resolve issues directly and promptly.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated per the terms outlined in your signed project agreement or bid acceptance.
